So, either momentum swung back to the Tories in the final 48 hours, or someone is going to have egg on their face tomorrow night.

Interesting that YouGov shot back towards the mean.

I'm still thinking that the Tories will win by about 5% or so (including NI), but that Survation poll is interesting to say the least. They got it pretty spot on last time.

For those who missed the full Survation poll results:

Conservatives 41
Labour 40
LibDems 8
SNP 4
UKIP 2
Green 2
Others 2

Also, big news, guys!

We got a poll with Labour ahead! Never heard of Qriously though.

Labour 41
Conservatives 39
Lib Dems 6
UKIP 3
Others 11

I got the Qriously results from 538. Does anyone have info SNP and Greens in the Qriously poll?

Don't feed the troll, FFS.
I've put him in ignore list months ago yet I end up reading his posts because of all the people quoting him.

How many hours left until results start rolling in?

Polls close in an hour and Sunderland South will probably declare close to 11 pm their time.
Is sunderland south an important one or just a place with a late closing time

Same closing time, but they're quick at getting their results tabulated.

Stephen Bush says the results are matching up with the YouGov model and not exit poll.

Isn't the YouGov model only calling for 300ish seats for the Tories?

Not if it gets rid of May.

In his district, a man(?) named "Mr Fishfinger" got about 0.6%

Farron only won by about 800 votes.

Northern Ireland is going to dick this whole thing up for Labour with the Sinn Fein members not showing up and the DUP/UUP potentially working with the Tories.

Obviously the next government (in the immediate term) is going to be Tory, but there are legitimate questions about how stable it'll be.

It will be STRONG AND STABLE. /s

Sorry to ask, but why are people so focused on Priti Patel of all people? You'd think there's at least a dozen more credible leadership contenders.

Because she's kinda Priti, pardon the pun.

With 7 seats for Sinn Fein, a majority is 322. That means the magic number for Conservatives is 312, with which they can form a government with the DUP.

So far, the Tories have lost 10 seats, which would put them at 320 seats (not counting Bercow, the Speaker). If they lose 9 more seats, then things get really fun.

I'm betting that May is toast. Good riddance, you authoritarian hag. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. She might not even last a year as PM.

A Few Things
-The fact that an election that's supposed to be a sort of victory for Labour might end up with the UK having Boris Johnson as the next prime minister is glorious.

Isn't it a wonderful election? I'm just happy that May is looking like she's toast.

Now at:

Conservatives 310
Labour 258
SNP 34
LD 12
DUP 10
SF 7
Plaid Cymru 3
GRN 1
IND 1

Conservatives+DUP are 2 seats short now assuming SF doesn't take their seats.

14 seats to go. The Tories should be able to get at least two of those.

Is there any chance that Sinn Fein might take their seats at a later date just for a no confidence vote?

Highly, highly doubtful, I'd think. But screwing the DUP could be the one thing that they might want to do. However, the Tories' 318 plus the DUP's 10 gives 328, which is an outright majority.

Pretty sure the exit poll had Con at 314?
I think there was an updated exit poll that came out a few hours after. I remember that some of the numbers got changed a bit.

Imgur doesn't work on this site cause Leip can't be arsed to send an email.

I've been having issues with Twitter pictures not showing up. I can at least see the links to the imgur pictures. For pictures from Twitter, I have to quote the post and then get the URL from there.
