Why is C-SPAN taking up 1/3 of the screen with a graphic telling us what we're seeing?  Does C-Span not have transparent graphics?

Yeah, they are both pretty boring.  The moderator is tanner than Boehner, though.

Why have I heard the phrase "Tip O'Neill" twice in the first two minutes?

She just said "There You Go Again."

Both seem to be referencing Mr. Reagan a lot.

Just put it on a few minutes ago. My God, Reid is just so unlikeable Tongue

Chris Matthews advanced a theory tonight on Hardball that Nevadans hate Reid so much, that if Angle can perform just adequately, she'll have this race in the bag.

I guess the Republican and Democratic internals finally agree on one thing - Nevadans like President Reagan.

Sharron Angle has no idea how to talk about Iraq.  She's stuttering and pausing.  She says "I didn't get to vote for either of those two wars, like my opponent, but I do know that supporting our troops and veterans is one of our...[pause] priorities, enumerated by the Constitution, but Harry Reid should apologize for those comments e said that demoralize dour troops"

Trying to imply opposition to the wars and blame them on Harry Reid while immediately saying that Reid's skepticism on the wars is a bad thing and detrimental to the troops, and having awkward pauses all the while.

Beautiful.

Shocked

I'm grateful I don't live in Delaware of Nevada. The only difference between the two is that Angle actually has experience, is more intelligent, and has a better chance than O'Donnell has, which is probably why I'd vote for her.

Both candidates are so annoying to listen to!!!

Did Sharron Angle just make the closing sentence of her final appeal a pun?

 "have the right angle"

As did I. I think she won the last impression battle. I missed too much of the debate to know how she did on the questions. Who would you all say won?

I saw the last four or so questions. Angle wasn't impressive, but she wasn't bad either. Reid, on the other hand, while more articulate, just doesn't come off well or genuine.

Reid was boring.  Angle was boring.  Since Reid needed Angle to look totally unhinged, I guess she won.  But the real loser was sellers of sleeping pills in Nevada.

The consensus on twitter seems to be that Angle won.  Even Ralston from the liberal Las Vegas Sun said Angle did better.  I don't think either one was impressive, but I expected Angle to be some out-of-her-league lunatic, which she wasn't.  And Reid seemed so unprepared at the end...how are you unprepared for the only debate?

Are we going to see any specific clips made into 30-second ads, or was it just too boring?
