Senator Raphael Warnock (D, Incumbent) vs Herschel Walker (R)

EPO predicts it will go to a Runoff. However 4,575,000 Total Votes seem a bit too high for me.

GA had one of the strongest Turnouts in 2018 in a Non-Presidential Year with 3,9M+ Votes and he is saying the State will exceed their 2018 Turnout. I don't think so.
