Ron Paul was a close friend of Dennis Kucinich during their times together in the House. He's also had nice things to say about Ralph Nader.

Kucinich and Paul makes a lot of sense. They were both gadflies who overlapped on multiple things.

Most of these names aren't particularly surprising, maybe with an exception of Mike Parker, who I din't really perceive as a moderate Republican.

I am still waiting for what Ljube promised would happen: a flood of #NeverTrump Republican politicians changing their minds and endorsing Trump.  Hardly any of them have done so.  The #NeverTrump list is much longer now than it was when Trump clinched the nomination.  I thought that wasn't supposed to happen?  Tongue

Some of the highlights from the letter that was released from the former Republican members of Congress said this :

"Given the enormous power of the office, every candidate for president must be judged rigorously in assessing whether he or she has the competence, intelligence, knowledge, understanding, empathy, judgment, and temperament necessary to keep America on a safe and steady course," the lawmakers wrote. "Donald Trump fails on each of those measures, and he has proven himself manifestly unqualified to be president."

"In nominating Donald Trump, the Republican Party has asked the people of the United States to entrust their future to a man who insults women, mocks the handicapped, urges that dissent be met with violence, seeks to impose religious tests for entry into the United States, and applies a de facto ethnicity test to judges," they wrote. "He offends our allies and praises dictators. His public statements are peppered with lies. He belittles our heroes and insults the parents of men who have died serving our country. Every day brings a fresh revelation that highlights the unacceptable danger in electing him to lead our nation."

Yes, but he formally made a big show of switching to the Democratic Party in 2007, so while he certainly is a "former GOP Rep" I don't think you can call him a "NeverTrump Republican".

I think some maps of Republicans (govs, Senators, reps) that will not be voting for Trump would be sweet.

Lee never endorsed Trump in the first place though.  So he didn't withdraw anything.  However, it looks like Lee now says Trump should drop out, which goes beyond simply not endorsing.
