Yes (I/O) - the federal government should guarantee everyone a job or should provide everyone with a universal basic income (ideally, the federal government should do both)

No of course not. That doesn't mean we should let them starve, but some people just aren't capable of working.

Obviously I don't mean that the disabled or those otherwise unable to work should be forced to work here. What I am referring to is a policy that would provide all physically capable adults with a job. I apologize for not making that clearer in the question, I thought it was just sort of a given. For people unable to work, I would certainly be in favor of a universal basic income policy (which I favor for everyone, honestly, in addition to a jobs guarantee)
