     Considering who the major parties ran, this is really a super-easy decision. Palmer was way better than Evan Bayh.

You must be getting me confused with someone else. I would have opposed the Vietnam War.

However, given that your vote wouldn't have impacted the result of the election, I'd be weary of falling into the "lesser of two evils" trap.
