And how would Reproductive Cloning, creating life, be similar in any way to abortion? Even if you were against both, you'd have to be against both for different reasons.

All three are equivalent to abortion, as is the disposal of excess embryos from IVF.  Whether you believe any of the should be legal depends in part upon one's views on abortion shortly after conception.  There may be reasons other than abortion to be opposed to some of these even if you don't believe human life begins at conception, but if you do believe that, then all of these are morally repugnant.
