has johnson been making any rumblings about if he wants to run for re-election/governor?  Blocking relief checks doesn't seem like a good position to take if he wants to run for either. While voters like me might be sympathetic to a "deficit" argument, not only should the relief checks have been the first thing put into the deal, but there are very few voters who care about deficit issues like I do.
