Great POVs, Lumine. They had me on the edge of my seat.

Great POV's! I love the attention to detail to include so much of the canon setting of the books, it really feels like a genuine part of the ASOIAF universe.

Also here's a summary of everything learned in the POVs, just making sure I have all my facts straight

- Stannis led an attempted breakout from the besieged Storm's End but died
- King Renly, an injured Cortnay Penrose, and newly knighted Davos and Donal Noye escape
- They seem to be fleeing towards the Kingswood
- Both knights seem to have made it out of Storm's End with all of their appendages intact!

-Rhaella took King's Landing and placed King Viserys on the Iron Throne
-King Aegon and Varys avoided capture and managed to escape
-Tywin Lannister helped Rhaella take/hold King's Landing but then betrayed her
-Lannister forces attempted to capture Rhaella but failed and fled the city after a fierce battle
-Elys Westerling and Willem Darry both fell in the fighting
-Bonifer Hasty saved Rhaella's life and after three decades their true love can finally blossom

-At the Trident, all/most former Baratheon supporters pledge their fealty to Jon Snow King Jaehaerys
-Ned Stark went to the Tower of Joy to retrieve the King and battle there was avoided
-The legendary trio of Gerold Hightower, Arthur Dayne, and Oswell Whent all live.
-They will apparently continue their mission of protecting Jon Snow King Jaehaerys
-Lyanna still dies though
-Ned still broke Ashara's heart but since he didn't kill her brother mayhaps she won't jump off a cliff this time

If Frey betrayal happened, probably captured Walder but still had to fall back due to overwhelming forces from across the river on the Loyalist side. Other than that it’s anyones game!

Well,
-The rebels army probably faced problems with tje Stormlanders and the freys.
-the loyalists lost men following Rhaella's successfull attempt to take KL. House Darry's Guy died in KL after all.

I'm truly curious about the Battle of the Trident's outcome.

For the record, I didn't move my 7000 men out of the Riverlands.

I’m assuming the Loyalist forced decided not to attack so? Considering Stannis’ fate maybe a storm lander show off never happened

I'm still writing, but I'll give you a spoiler. There was a battle in the Trident, a very bloody, very confusing one.

Pity the poor Stormlands. They have been decapitated, bled dry, and rendered more or less irrelevant in one turn. I believe that has now happened in EVERY ASOIAF game on this forum; the Stormlands never seem to last as a relevant entity beyond the first King change.

End of turn updated. My condolences to GoTfan, who found a noble death, and Windjammer, who is now hostage to Euron Greyjoy. This is the updated cast:

The Viserys Loyalists:

Rhaella Targaryen, the Queen Regent (Dkrol)

The Aegon Loyalists:

Doran Martell, Prince of Dorne (Mycool)
Varys, Exiled Spymaster (Garlan Gunter)
Tywin Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock (Leonardo the Red)

The Rebel Lords:

Jon Arryn, Lord of the Eyrie (Swedge)
Eddard Stark, Lord of Winterfell (YPestis)
Hoster Tully, Lord of the Riverlands (Badgate)

The Lords of Westeros:

Quellon Greyjoy, Lord of Pyke (Bacon King)
Walder Frey, Lord of the Crossing (LouisvilleThunder)
Deremond Darry, Lord of Castle Darry

Now available are:

-The Stormlands (a given player can choose Ser Cortnay, Lord Estermont or other key Baratheon bannermen)

-The Reach (either the Tyrells via Olenna, or not captured important vassals like Houses Tarly, Florent and Redwyne)

I think that’s the best and most hilarious asoiaf first turn yet, and also the most like real late medieval history (2nd Trident is sooo Towton)

Respect to the Greyjoy, I did not see that coming!

And Dereich: the Stormies sorta joint won the last game, I’d say, under King Edric

You cannot imagine how pissed I am.

But I suppose some years later I will find that "funny"

D’awww I like to think I did quite well as Edric for a time Sad

A very interesting turn, I’ve got a great feeling about the next few turns entertainment as well. Very curious at the same time. Shanaggins have gone down..

Thank you, gentlemen, I rather enjoyed writing the POV's and End of Turn. The new turn will be up tomorrow in case there are more players. Windjammer retains control over the Reach.

Don't underestimate the ability of shenanigans to get out of difficult situations.

I'm very unlucky, but I'm ressourceful Smiley.

I meant 2nd Trident was like Barnet not Towton btw - when Oxford’s star heraldry and the Yorkist sun got mixed up leading to disastrous friendly fire...

Quick question, is the rebel army at the Bloody Gate or the Trident?

At the Bloody Gate, I'll update that part. The arrival of the next turn got a bit delayed, but it's coming tonight after I update the 2012 Game.
