Better news:

Will greatly help speed up the voting process on election day. More states need to go to this.

PA's Department of State is asking the PA Supreme Court to allow for ballots to arrive 3 days after the election.

Given the partisan makeup of the court they'll probably get it.

One thing I learned in the August Wisconsin Primary was that there were only three sites in the City of Milwaukee where you could drop off your absentee ballot. Thankfully they are adding 15 drop off boxes to the cities libraries, city hall, and the ballot processing center. Hopefully they add more in the future, but this is good news.

Congress, Governors, Attorneys General, Secretaries of State, Election Boards, Local Law Enforcement, and Democratic lawyers need to be ready for anything that might come from this President during our election process this fall and be ready to fight back with equal force.

The Trump campaign's Federal lawsuit against drop boxes in Pennsylvania has been halted, pending resolution in the Pennsylvania state court system.

Good News!

Wisconsin has to send out overseas ballots soon. In my opinion, the only option for them is to side with the State Board of Elections to allow the state to follow the deadline.

Over 300,000 ballots have already been sent out. This is a f**king mess.

Hagedorn has definitely shown some integrity in political cases.

He's making feel better about the future redistricting case that's probably coming next year.

This has occurred in 2018 and 2016 as well.

This has been debunked.

The actual rejection rate throughout NC is about 3%.
