In terms of performance, it seems Black will be Tennessee's Don Blankenship.

i mean yeah but she's been a known quantity for years and not in the way that Blankenship was. Her performance is more embarrassing in that respect - she's third behind two guys who aren't politicians and are both generally considered relatively "moderate" in the grand scheme of Republican politics (not saying much obviously).

Nice to see Republican voters are vigilant in the gubernatorial primary.

It turns out that Democrats rooting for unelectable/staunchly right wing candidates in Republican primaries will turn Republicans off from that candidate.

Just in case you didn't realize this, no one actually believes you're a republican.

it's shocking that SUPER DEMI GOD trump has not moved the race with Kustoff more considering Flinn is just a perennial rich idiot who doesn't even live in the district.

*cough* Roy Moore *cough*

I'm pretty sure Republicans in Alabama in September 2017 didn't think the race was competitive. Even after Roy Moore was nominated and found to be a pedo, he only lost by 1.6% on election night.

The biggest hurdle Bredesen faces in this campaign is in the law building in Williamson county. It is a pivotal campaign place that has 3 big flights of stairs and no escalator. This flight of stairs, especially if Bredi forgets to take his morning and afternoon pills, could lead to a disasterous tumble down that could break his back and smash his dentures.

Lmao, polls have been closed for two whole hours and there are still exactly zero precincts reporting in Shelby County (Memphis). Typical Southern cities.

I've read on twitter that their election website has crashed, lol.
