Using contraception is immoral

Why the "sometimes" option? For people who think using contraception is immoral except in cases of rape and incest?

if your wife was under the impression that you were trying to conceive a child with her but you went out and got a vasectomy without telling her.  inverted, if the wife sneaks the pill while the husband gets the false impression that he's shooting blanks.

this may fall under dishonesty/lying rather than contraception use as a moral category.
