I don't have time to crunch the numbers right now, but if anyone else wants to do the math for Salt Lake city vs. county, here you go: https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/UT/Salt_Lake/107137/Web02.264677/#/cid/10?undefined

Salt Lake City:

Biden: 72,761 - 76.37%
Trump:  18,705 - 19.63%

Rest of Salt Lake County:

Biden: 216,528 - 48.12%
Trump: 210,850 - 46.86%

Awwww man, beat me to it Sad

Do you know where I can find precinct results for the county for the 2012 Pres. Election? I checked the county clerk site but it only has the overall results.

For King County, again may change slightly but still good indication percentage wise.  Since numbers not final, just gave percentages.  Looks like Seattle might be in the running for most Democratic city as has beaten out San Francisco and Boston and likely New York City.  Mind you one of the more well to do, quite educated so somewhat makes sense.  Washington DC is more Democratic and Detroit probably is too (large African-American), but ranks up there.

Seattle:

Biden: 89.5%
Trump: 8%

Rest of King County

Biden: 69.1%
Trump: 27.6%

East end which was once solidly Republican is where GOP floor has fallen through.  Not surprising as large tech sector, large number of well to do college educated residents.

Biden:

Wow. Wonder how many votes Trump got in the CHAZ/CHOP/whatever the f**k they called it. Also wonder how Kim Wyman did in the city. She got 41% countywide.

I did the math for Wyman’s 2016 race and she got around 25% of the vote in the city back then. Maybe this year she’s not that far off?

Here is San Antonio and Bexar County.

San Antonio

Biden 61.8%
Trump 36.5%

Bexar County

Biden: 50%
Trump: 47.9%

So Trump's % in the city remained virtually unchanged from 2016, just like the County itself.

I want to see Houston vs. rest of Harris County.

Houston

Biden: 63.9%
Trump 34.8%

Rest of Harris County

Trump: 49.9%
Biden 48.8%

Question: How did you compile this? Houston's city limits don't match precinct shapes.

OKC vs. rest of Oklahoma County
Tulsa vs. rest of Tulsa County

Also, Dave will upload the results for NY by township once they're done counting.

Matthew Isbell will probably post an article detailing FL results soon-ish.

Indianapolis is like 90% of Marion county anyways, but I think you can ask Oryx the results for the city proper, he posted a map of the county a few days ago.

For Sacramento, the CA SOS will post results by city after they are done counting.

I guess I stand corrected. Looks like Trump gained in Seattle proper by a similar amount as in Portland proper after all?

Just a tiny bit. The margin overall still grew in favor of Biden.

Seattle swung to Biden, along with pretty much every municipality in King thanks to consolidation of the extremely high level of 2016 third party performance (lots of places this was 8-12% of the vote.

It's also clear that there were South Seattle minority-heavy precincts that swung to Trump, sometimes quite dramatically. Precincts that voted 80% + Clinton, with Trump <10% ended up 75-25 at worst, or 80-20/high teens. Also notice how traditionally very democratic SeaTac didn't crack 70% for Biden?

With King county certification this past Tuesday, here's how King County cities voted (Bothell, Pacific, and Auburn results are inclusive of their appendages into Snohomish/Pierce counties):

Basic takeaway is that the Eastside now votes like inner suburbs (quite a few >80% Biden precincts in Shoreline/Lake Forest Park/Redmond(!)/Mercer Island.

City                      Biden                   Trump              Other
Seattle                  88.45                   9.11                2.43
Lake Forest Park    80.59                   16.38               3.02

Auburn                   57.90                   39.00                3.10 (Pierce part voted to the left of King)

Skye, that's you! I gave you a follow on Twitter.

You'll have to tell me who are you cause a few people followed me recently and I don't know!

While unincorporated how do Vashon Island vote

Threw this one fairly quickly, so I might have missed a precinct, but I think the numbers are correct:

Vashon Island

Biden: 7,287 - 85.14%
Trump: 1,075 - 12.56%

Anyone able to code Washoe County and get breakdown by city.  Curious what Reno, Sparks results were.

For Clark county, if someone can give me precinct #'s for Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Paradise, and Henderson, I can calculate those.  Especially curious if Trump held Henderson or Biden flipped it.

I'm gonna post this here Miles, so that we keep the data organized, and not dispersed through several unrelated threads.

Anyways, I went through Clark County's PDF which conveniently labels the precincts located in the cities. Bear in mind, I converted the file to Excel, and then ran them through filters, so these numbers might have errors, I really don't know. If someone else has different numbers, feel free to correct me!

Las Vegas: Biden 54.25 - Trump 43.66
North Las Vegas: Biden 64.22 - Trump 33.54
Henderson: Trump 51.74 - Biden 46.29

Paradise is unincorporated, so its precincts are not labeled in the document. I'm afraid I cannot crunch the numbers for that one.

So looks like rest of Clark county almost same as Las Vegas?  Interesting as Trump getting 44% in Las Vegas is pretty high for a city.

Compared to countywide numbers, it didn't move much vs 2016.

In 2016 the city voted 52.9-41.2 for Clinton.

Got Orange County, Florida results, but need to know which numbers to code for Orlando.  Got maps of other smaller municipalities but not which are Orlando and unincorporated areas.  Once I have that I can calculate it which is last major Florida I need to calculate.

Geez, good luck with that. Orlando's city limits are a mess and I don't think they match precincts.

Did you calculate this yourself? If so, could you send me a listing of Precincts you used to calculate this?

I did one myself and got Biden 63.7 - Trump 34.9. Not that much different. It's very difficult to get an actual result because Houston's city limits are a mess.
