Bush/Gore

Perot, who with age is fading into political irrelevance, picks up 5% nationally. He snags 2-3% in Florida, swinging it to Gore and about 4% in New Hampshire, also swinging it to Gore.

That's probably true... Perot was starting to become old hat in 1996... 2000 he would've mattered even less. He takes more votes from Bush than Gore. He swings New Hampshire and Florida to Gore, giving him the election, and the history of the world turns out WAYYYYYYYYYYYY different.
