I really like Nancy and she was a great Speaker. However, it's time for some change.

Yet, since her stepping down would probably elevate Hoyer, who isn't exactly a "change", it's better she's staying, at least for now.

My thoughts exactly. Pulling for Becerra or Van Hollen to be ready to take over.
