It hardly matters.  Black people can't be elected president in the US.

I would say Lincoln Chafee - he is held up as an example of an enlightened Republican and yet 1) he votes with the Religious Party more often than not, and 2) he hasn't switched parties.  Therefore he is really no better than one of those nuts from Oklahoma or Kentucky.
