I think at the rate this is going, Obamacare is here to stay. I mean to have Kennedy, Capito, Cassidy, Collins, Portman, Gardner and Heller practically hinting or outright saying no, I believe it will fail. I don't even expect more than 47 yea's at this rate
I don't think they're stupid enough to go against their own state interests ans vote for it if it doesn't protect the Medicaid expansion.
