It's impossible to know what camp Romney is thinking about a running mate at this time. Even if you had asked if the VP pick were Thune, Pawlenty or Portman I would still say false. Even if Romney has a pick in mind and made his thought public I bet it would change by August. Many of the GOP VP picks have come out of nowhere in recent memory.
