Every now and then I'll get lazy about something but then I'll think, "oh no I'm thinking like Bushie" and such a thought will always provoke me into action. A desire to not be like Bushie was honestly about 75% of my motivation when I decided to start eating healthier.

And now, several months later, you only eat three hamburgers for dinner. And because they're hamburgers from home, they're healthier for you! It's like you're eating negative calories at that point!
