Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: 2.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.87

Wow. You are quite a libertarian there. Not much of a modern Republican, eh?

We're a different breed in the Northeast...

Well, I just took it again, and now my numbers are the following:

Economic Left/Right: -1.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.67

I seem to get more centrist every time.

Word, soon you'll be so centrist like the rest of us that, according to partisan pundits and posters everywhere, you "won't have a spine," and will fail to "have an opinion" on issues.

Latest score:

Economic Left/Right: 4.12
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 2.92

Just took the test again.  I'm becoming more moderate.  Maybe I should run for a fantasy election soon.

Economic Left/Right: 3.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 2.56

Becoming more conservative in the New Year.

Economic Left/Right: 4.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 3.49

Back to the center again.

Economic Left/Right: 4.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 2.41

Very good job.  A lot of the questions on the compass are flawed and try to create caricatures but I usually hover around the intersection.  I am 100% free market but I guess I get knocked over because I don't trust corporations that much.

That's kind of my problem.

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.46

I've become a little more libertarian on both economics and social, though more economically than socially.

Who me?  It's amazing we both went to Catholic HS, yet Santorum and Toomey did not.

-0.62, -0.62

A strong move to the right.  I think its because I went from "Agree" to "Strongly Agree" on some of them, and the same with "Disagree" to "Strongly Disagree".

I am the most liberal Republican on the board, left of center in both the social and economic spheres.

I should either be proud of that, or ashamed, I'm not sure which.

Depends on which sort of liberal you're talking about

you're what 3 or 4 points more liberal fiscally?

but I'm 3-5 points more socially liberal.

Overall.  You're more libertarian, I'd say, than just about any Republican.  Josh22 is more liberal economically than any of us.  I'm less liberal on those respective issues than either of you, but more left overall.
