2017 is not the time to talk about this. No1 knows what kind of health he would be in. 2018, after he is re-elected to the Senate & has campaigned will be the time where he will take a firm hard look @ things.
If you run you start around April-June 2019 so the 1st quarter you do all the ground-work. Campaign slogans, message, Lobbying Supers, etc so by the time you prepare you look ready! I think after his Senate re-election he will sit down & take a call!
