So we're going to get uptight and start threads now over what people MIGHT do? This thread is nothing but confirmation bias and circlejerking at its worst.

The thread was inspired by a Facebook friend of mine making this claim. And a couple other people in this thread have mentioned seeing similar claims. So it's not about what people might do; it's already begun.

Yep. Keep in mind these are the same people who claim the DNC "stole" the nomination from Sanders in 2016 despite that his opponent receives millions of votes more than he did.

His base is a very loud, annoying 25% of Democratic primary voters. That's really it. Now that he's running against someone who is not an unpopular as Hillary, we're seeing most of his support in 2016 was simply an anti-Hillary vote.

The heart attack.
The corona-virus.
The beligerance.
The socialism.

They all took their toll.

Ultimately, the Democrats needed someone who could fight the fire-breathing dragon.

Trump is a formidable political opponent.

Amd Bernie would have appeared weakened by those 4 points.

Yes: I fully expect Kyle Kulinski et al to start claiming this in the next few weeks.
