I can't imagine anyone actually opposing this.

What I propose is this: Anyone who is under 18 who is guilty of bullying (whether they do it at school, or if they do it somewhere else) would lose their license until they turn 18, or be barred from getting a license before 18.

Anyone who happens to be 18 or over who is guilty of bullying would lose their license for life. No exceptions.

States would be required to implement this policy, or face loss of all highway and education funds.

We need a grassroots effort to enact a law like this.

No, they should be barred from getting a diploma.

That too.

Also, if the offender is at least 18 (which on college campuses they usually are), they should be banned for life from owning a gun and should be required to register their addresses with the police.

How about...you know...just detention or suspension?

Because these milder punishments don't work with the moron bullies.

That would clearly be unconstitutional,

It clearly would not be, and the only people who would even challenge it are people who support bullying.

There is clearly an interest in protecting society from such predators.

No. What is the connection between bullying and driving a car?

They use cars as weapons.

Also, college bullies are generally much easier to avoid.

My experience is that if they're student athletes, they're allowed to do whatever they want.

Often standing up to the bully and beating his arse will often get said bully to leave you alone.

Usually, schools brainwash the victim into not fighting back.
