VIRGINIA SENATE
Warner (D) 56%
Santorum (R) 42%


Senators transplating their states does not usually work well.  Look at Tennessee Senator Bill Brock who lost re-election in 1976 to Jim Sasser and then moved to Maryland; in 1994 he lost to Paul Sarbanes.

This is so unlikely anyway.  Neither Allen nor Santorum should think of running again.
