For comparison:

2012 (legislative election) turnout 60.50%
Moscovici (PS) 40.81%
Montel (FN) 23.87%
Demouge (UMP) 23.21%

2014 (European election) turnout 43.39%
FN 35.08%
UMP 18.99%
PS 15.16%

2nd round will be tight.

It's not a very glorious win, but at least it's a win for the PS... Still better than their last string of defeats.
