It's sad, really...Delaware has one of the first primaries...but nobody but Steve Forbes really cares.

Joe Lieberman based his whole campaign on Delaware after his failed NH strategy.

Add the fact that Delaware is only worth 3 EVs, compared to 15 for New Jersey, so it probably wasn't worth Bush even trying.

If Bush didn't win NH's 4 EVs, he would have lost the 2000 election. 3 EVs could be just as important. But I understand your statement. The more EVs taken away from the opponent, the better.
