It says candidate, not congressman. That makes me think they weren’t elected quite yet.

I would think he wouldn't be stupid enough to think he'd need outside help in such a Republican district.

Bacon and Mast, though, both ran in swing districts held by Democrats before they were elected. Given what is known, they would make the most sense.

It probably wasn't Bacon but.. if it was, he's screwed. The GOP would force him to withdraw.

Local Omaha media won't run a word on this until they have to.

The Omaha-World-Herald seems to have a deep, deep love for the death penalty for no reason except acting like it's important for a newspaper to be "TOUGH ON CRIME" and "GIVE CRIMINALS WHAT THEY DESERVE". Sad!
