I used FiveThirtyEight's demographic calculator to determine what would happen if all blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and college educated whites voted Democratic while all non-college educated whites voted Republican. This is the result.
Seems completely accurate, to be honest.
All those groups are in the party that they, ya know, actually voted for last election except for one: college educated Whites. They literally stayed loyal to Republicans in the most likely matchup for them to possibly flip, and now they're considered a part of the future Democratic base, LOL. Give it up, Atlas.
I found Non-Swing Voter's incessant harping on this to be annoying as well, but I don't know why it offends you so much. You should check out
NYT Upshot's voter analysis based on Census Bureau data and additional polling. Exit polls seem to underestimate Democratic support from college-educated whites:
Those swings are hard to ignore.
