I think it does. I wouldn't be surprised if over half the voters forgot about the domestic abuse allegations already. I'd still put this on the edge of Likely and Safe R though, unless Norman does something absolutely idiotic.

By "unless Norman does something absolutely idiotic" ... do you mean in addition to his Lincoln/ RBG joke at the debate (as in he would have to do something else idiotic to really have a chance of losing the election)?  ... Also- is there likely to be any effect on the election due to the Kavanaugh situation?
