I thought it would be Gibbons before, but I've been feeling more confident it'll be Vance recently. I will only be sure once we see some new polls though.
He's going to endorse, but I think he's gonna wait a couple more weeks because seeing the candidates fight over his support is entertaining to Trump.

I originally thought Jane Timken, but after the whole Mo Brooks thing, it seems clear that Trump is only willing to endorse candidates that have a chance of winning. If Gibbons remains in first in polling closer to the primary, I think Trump will endorse him.
