You have to get 20% of the vote to get delegates in Louisiana - it looks like Rubio is going to leave the state empty-handed. Ouch.

I think people are missing the point of why Cruz did well in Oklahoma and Arkansas while sucking wind elsewhere. IT wasn't because they bordered Texas - it was because those two states value their religion and their conservatism more than the elsewhere. Louisiana has some people who thump their bible where ever they go, but also a lot of more people who vibe with the whole TRUMP thing.
