I would keep the embargo on Cuba in place until either Castro dies or until he makes a plea to come to the US to establish formal diplomatic ties, opens up the country to US investment again, and promises to hold free elections under international observation in one years time.  No one wants to see people suffer, and it looks bad that one of our closest neighbors (and one of our historical friends) being kept at the kiddie table and not allowed to sit with the adults.  Just imagine the money we could pump into that island through tourism alone!  However, Castro has to change, not the US.

Although the countries that really needs sanctions by all countries are Iran and North Korea.

We're trying to get the rest of the world to see that.
