The only way she will pull out of her primary is if she gets aggressive backing by the establishment/DSCC. In a scenario where Fetterman wins, I'm not sure they are going to back her. What does the establishment have to gain by backing her? She's AGAINST the establishment!!!! She's just against it from the right instead of from the left. The only way they would back her is if they thought she was the only one who could win the seat.

They might come to believe that, particularly if Mark Kelly loses in November (which I expect him to in this environment.)
