Also, watch Alito and Thomas kick the bucket like the day after the GOP retakes the Senate in 2023 ad be stonewalled until Tom Cotton replaces them with like Ben Shapiro and Charlie Kirk.

Would be a good strategic move. In hindsight it was somewhat selfish of RBG to stay all that time and not step down at some point when Obama was in office.

Yeah, but the way that went down sort of demonstrates that when Obama was elected she should've taken what she could get. Better to have a 100% chance of a like-minded successor than a coin flip between a symbolic victory and a racist reality TV star appointing some handmaid's tale type justice to completely demolish your legacy.
