I'm having trouble finding the current language. What is it?

edit: okay, it looks like this was the last amendment adopted:

I'm voting NAY on the cloture motion.   The tribal control issue was never resolved, since all the amendments that had it in it were voted down for other reasons.

Nay

Not sure why we want to end debate already when we haven't actually resolved the issue involving tribal governments and/or the sale of substances other than alcohol.

The first clause was also changed to:

1. No municipality within Atlasia may prohibit the sale or consumption of alcohol, including restrictions on the basis of which day of the week such products are sold.

Subsequent amendments need to be considered for revision since this is a whole text replacement by my interpretation.

^ I even warned about the matter ahead of time.

Hmm, I see.  It would be a shame if the specific prohibition of 'blue laws' does not make it to the final draft.

Tmth, that sounds like SAMHSA is going to be fined if they don't comply, but I don't think that's what you mean.

Can we just do the tribal issue as its own amendment to start off with?

Good point - I just caught that. I'm fine with breaking them off and doing separate amendments.

May I lobby the Senator to also include ", including restrictions on the basis of which day of the week such products are sold" at the conclusion of the first sentence of the first clause?
