I'm wondering if you have once again found a weird and unusual criterion just for the sake of saying "See guys, I'm not using your banal I like/I don't like system", or if you really think that there are parties left which are more awful than the MPF.

No, that's just that CNI is worse than MPF.
Not a leftist party.
That's just that the criterion of "let's take the most rightist" is wrong here.

Ok, as usual... In almost every survivor you come out complaining about the "leftist bias" of the participants, while yourself end up with choices that don't look very moderate to me. Of course, political ideas influentiate votes, for you as for everybody else. And since most of people disagree with you here, you start complaining about hackery on the forum... The MPF is one of the most awful french party, in my opinion and is this of other posters here, what's the problem ? If you are willing to give us some explanations to justify why your votes are smarter than ours, please do. If you don't wan't, fine with me, but please respect our opinions just as we do.
I know, I'm a big bad guy who hasn't any respect for others' opinion... Sigh.

How my vote for CNI is extreme Huh
Is CNI a leftist party now ?

I was just saying that CNI should go before MPF.
If you want to know, I would have voted for CNI, then FASE, then MPF. That's all.
I hate Villiers too and I'm not a MPF member: but we are just voting for parties, here.

What I wanted to say is that voting for MPF just because it's the "first one on the list after FN" is wrong (au sens d'inexact ou d'inadapté) as CNI is in fact more deeply on the (extreme) right than MPF those days.
CNI isn't Pinay's party anymore... and its Giscard trend doesn't exist any longer.

This is one of the few subforums were posters don't regularly fight among themselves on party or ideological lines. Should we really start doing that now? Tongue

Relax, it's just a game Smiley

Yep.
Just 2 Frenchies on French parties Wink.
And, in this case, just one (very, very) young leftie tired by an "old" conservative. Cheesy
Don't worry, I've said what I had to. And I stop now.

Well, i'll vote FASE because i could find little information about it (all in french, and i studied french for 3 years back in high school, but apparently i have forgoten quite a bit Tongue).

It's a New Left-type outfit (as evidenced by their use of cliche words such as 'alternatifs', 'ecologique' 'sociale') which now includes 3 former 'renovation' PCF deputies, including Braouezec. They tend to be more hippie and 'ecolo' than the old PCF.

IMO, I'm not sure they deserve to go this early, but, meh, these egofest parties get boring.

That's it. They aren't a party.

LO

NDA is less radical than others, and anyways he's totally irrelevant.

Cheesy
Kewl to see you voting LO and me voting DLR !

Well, LO is a real party even though a "harsh" one... Sure, I have never been a memebr, so I can't really know Wink

This survivor is more interesting than I thought initially !

CPNT

A corporatist structure, which hasn't been able to transform itself into a real party and which is now just a very small outfit for angry rural rightists.

(CAP and AC are not far away on my list, too)

The subtitle "union communiste" is really WONDERFUL !

A big, big shame, guys: almost a unanimity for this stalino-droitier murder !

Anyway, CPNT again.

I knew you would never vote for the PCD, even though following your Rigorous and Impartial rationale it should be its time. Wink

case made

Nope, even by my criteria, CAP and AC should go first. And then PCD.
But, of course, I won't be able to prove I'm honest by saying this, as PCD will go very soon Wink

BTW, you'd be surprised which party I want to see winning this (I'll tell you my top 3 at the end Wink).

Well, I had too much esteem for you to think you'd pick the UMP. Wink
On the other hand, I doubt you will pick the PS or any party to its left. And I'd be surprised if you chose the MoDem...
So, what remains ? MRC and PRG are probbly too "laïcard" for you. NC is a joke party... thus we're left with AEI or the Valoisian Radicals. I'd bet on the Radicals...
I can't answer, but even if I'm not a "laïcard", that's sure, I can acknowledge PRG is a fascinating party.
I just confirm that UMP isn't in my top 3.
(but I hope the UMP will make it to the top 5, though, as this is a real party and it's now more and more a real party, with factions, shenanigans, plots, etc.)

(yep, I can't lose this opportunity ! Wink CAP and AC will wait for one and two rounds)

Immune: PCF

In a way, the FN is among the "best" parties, regarding their historical traditions (with an -s- for the FN).
Grin

As for me, I've voted PG before PRG, because, like MRC, DLR or MoDem, this is another party organized only around one man, with a personality cult.
IF all the left of the PS has followed Mélenchon, then, it would have been interesting.
PRG would have been my next vote.

Obviously united Radical party would be cool.

See the (more or less) united radical group in the Senate (RDE, rassemblement démocratique européen), which has changed, with the years, in a centrist grouo for those who are dissidents or who are real moderate but not centrists in the Bayrou or centre-right meaning of the word.

And now comes the round I don't like...

I still vote for "things" that aren't real parties:

2 NC
2 Greens

UMP should really stay for one or two more rouns, but not more: it is NOT in my top 3.
