Could he be elected to any seat of their provincial parliament or even the federal one??? I am talking policy wise of course. Let’s say he kept his citizenship and had run there. Alberta is of course a conservative province.

Ted Cruz would be electable in rural Alberta, might have issues getting selected in Calgary and would be dead in the water in Edmonton.
