I'm still not sure how this plays out. I could see anything from a comfortable victory for Murkowski to being narrowly locked out in the 2nd round with Tshibaka winning over the Democrat.

Alaska Dems are in a pretty trick spot.

Obviously they have a preference of: Democrat > Murkowski > Tshibaka

So do they take advantage of the Republicans being divided and run a Democrat, or do they play it safe and endorse/vote for Murkowski and guarantee her victory?

The real question is going to be who Murkowski-1 voters rank as their #2.
