A single issue anti vaxxer would be voting for cranks like Cynthia McKinney lmao. Why would someone motivated by a single issue consistently vote for candidates like Obama who have never entertained their position in even token ways?

I should have said that in the context of 2020 they'd be a single issue anti-vax voter. Until about a decade ago there probably wasn't much correlation between your views on vaccines and the party you voted for and if anything conservatives liked to stereotype anti-vaxxers as tree hugging hippies so someone who was anti-vax and generally liberal could have voted straight Democrat prior to 2020.
