I'm not a libertarian. Tongue

And Preston, why did you think I was a populist?
I don't know, I guess because you are in the Freedom Party.

I'm a moderate, so I get to pick whether I want to be in a populist party or a libertarian one! Wink

Economically slightly more liberal (more of a tone difference than anything, this was to be expected), socially slightly more liberal (again, not a surprise)

I am creeping ever more to the center the longer I stay at this site...

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: -3.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.56

That happened to me too.  When I first came here I was in the -6/-6 range, and then I gradually moved right until I was at a 4/1.  But I stabilized now at about a -1/-1.  Throughout the whole time however I've remained very partisan.

as of February 6, 2005:

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: -8.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.41
Economic Left/Right: -6.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.67
not much has changed, though i may have become slightly more moderate:

Economic Left/Right: -6.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.36
i'm a little shocked by how centrist i have become......

Economic Left/Right: -3.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.36

i finally have scores i think most accurately describe me:

Economic Left/Right: -6.13
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.67

It has been about a month since I last took this, and I have again moved more to the center....

Economic Left/Right: -4.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.90

To reflect the changes made to the questions since June 15th on the site:

Economic Left/Right: -3.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.79

I am creeping ever more to the center the longer I stay at this site...

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: -3.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.56

This forum slowly pulls everyone in the libertarian direction. The longer you stay the more libertarian you get. Wink

Last time:
Econ: +1.38
Soc: +0.82

This time:
Econ: +1.38
Soc: +0.82

Nothing if not consistent, I suppose.

When you came, weren't you in the negatives economically and positive socially?  And now your economics score is higher than your social score...so you, too, have fallen prey to the libertarianism. Smiley
