One thing that might be worth discussing is something that I don't know the name for 
but here in sunny SWFL, each traffic light has a light attached that flashes when an ambulance in action is driving through. These usually provide drivers advance warning and allow them to begin getting out of the way.
Something like that could be very useful and should be considered for implementation across the South.
Such an amendment would be a decent idea, I think.
