Obviously this law is super dumb but what's the argument of this law being unconstitutional?
There might be some commerce clause stuff but even that seems beyond the reach of it.

Florida's loss. At least when Governor Justice vetoed a bill expanding renewables there was an argument made that fossil fuels are part of their local culture given its role in booming that areas economy. And it's not like there's any legislation pending that would ban meat. If the economy suffers on his watch and the state is in need of new jobs, he'll have himself to blame.

Cigarettes and alcohol can in fact be banned. I don’t see any Constitutional argument against a state ban on lab grown meat. It’s just really really dumb special interest cronyism.
