Trump attacked McCormick really hard at the rally today. He said McCormick would be like Cheney/Romney/Kinzinger, said he is controlled by McConnell, said he's weak on China and said he's a "RINO liberal Wall Street insider". He also said "He’s not MAGA" and mocked him by saying "If anybody was within 200 miles of me, he hired them".

Trump never attacked Vance's opponents in Ohio like that, I wonder why he's going so hard after McCormick?

Very good that Fetterman is now building the coalition he needs. Hoping Malcolm runs for Congress in a few years and wins, but it is time to coalesce around Fetterman. I will still be voting for Malcolm in the primary, but I'll be very happy to support John in the general.

They're obviously very different, but they have a number of similarities (Fetterman/Turner enter with significant progressive cred, huge name rec advantage, huge lead in polls, massive cash advantage, deranged KHive haters). However, Turner actually secured a number of important local endorsements, while Fetterman seems very hated by the PA Dem establishment. Nevertheless, Turner wasted her enormous lead while Fetterman remains far out ahead. Campaigns still matter, folks!

I don't think that's a good comparison. Fetterman won multiple elections as mayor and then Lt. Governor. He was progressive but made the right party connections the whole way. Turner just...didn't do that.
