Yes it is Thomas isn't retiring he is healthy and neither is Alito

Regardless it's KENTAJI BROWN Jackson, I predicted that Breyer will retire it was 50/50

This will definitely energize D's for the Midterms, it's still 50/50. Breyer retired why would he stay on Biden is gonna get reelected anyways

Excited to learn more about this "Kantaji Brown Jackson"
Something tells me that Manchin votes "Nay", as does every Republican

He voted to confirm her for the Circuit Court.
He might vote "Nay" to spite Biden for comparing him to George Wallace and Jefferson Davis

If RS take control and there is a vacancy, Biden will Recess Appoint  if Manchin says no, Biden isn't gonna make the same mistake as Obama did, Prez can Recess Appoint, and Rs will be in Recess to campaign in October for November election

Usually retirements are at the end of the term, so doubtful.

Not so Kennedy retired in 2018 right before the Midterms that helped Blackburn defeat Bredeson due to his flip flop on Kavanaugh

Do RS know we have way more targets in the Senate than they do, and Mark Kelly, CCM and Hassan aren't losing in 3.0 Unemployment

And Mandel, McCrory are so weak and Rubio and DeSantis are only leading by 3

A blue wave happens we Ds since we live in big states get 80 votes and Rs live in Small states dont get 74 M in 2020 they get 60 or 65 M

I have always donated to Tim Ryan he is our DC Statehood candidate because we get to 52 seats without GA which is heading to a Runoff and 52 votes ensures DC Statehood and Crt packing, and BlKs like him like Strickland and Brown and don't know who Mandel really is and along with Muslims and females can make Ryan a winner

Kamala Harris would honestly be a terrific pick.  She's a very bright and qualified person who's on the right side of almost every issue, but seems to have horrible political instincts and no real electoral constituency.  She's a little only the old side, but just barely.  And this would allow Biden to nominate a new VP with actual appeal to Latinos.

Dems would immediately lose their senate majority.  It requires a majority of both chambers to select a new VP after the vacancy, and there would be no one to break the tie in the senate.  Republicans would have a say in who the new VP is and they could even hold the VP seat open until 2025 if they wanted to.

Everyone knows it KENTAJI BROWN JACKSON AND RS KNOW IT

Why are we so worried about this, it hasn't happened and yet, MSNBC isn't talking about it, if it was imminent, they would be some sort of conversation on this, not saying this will happen but just like Voting Rights Biden and D's are at 43 percent in the polls and the narrative to change because they're headed for a defeat in the Midterms especially the H, but a good chance the Senate will be tied again

We need another source to confirm THIS, it's obviously Sonia Sotomayor, but having Diabetes in itself and catching Covid doesn't give you the DEATH SENTENCE, you have to have underlying medical problems like Heart Failure  and high blood pressure

Manchin said no again, on Voting Rights after Schumer said he would have a talking Filibuster

But, Garland has been sitting on Investigation into Trump for over a yr and still haven't acted on it, and Meadows has been found in contempt and he hasn't acted on Meadows

Not buying this until there are more sources confirming the claim. Usually retirements happen at the end of SCOTUS terms.

I believe Breyer retiring later this year will be the only SCOTUS nomination Biden gets (confirmed) anyway. No matter whether he's serving 1 or 2 terms.

It would be something if Breyer decides to hold on. If he does not retire this year, and dies in office, Republicans will gain a 7-2 majority on the Court.

He's not dying John Paul Stevens lived to 97 and Sandra Day OConnor is 87 if he was dying he would retire people think that just because you are elderly you are dying he is 82 the same age Biden and Trump are

Ginsburg had colon CANCER

Biden and Trump are like 79 and Breyer is 82 and you think he is dying and Trump and Biden aren't, they all jog every day like Obama

Sotomayor isn't retiring, Breyer is, if there is one, why would she retire and she can go virtual and Covid isnt a death sentence with Diabetes I know what it's like to be Diabetic
