Lean McCain more out of uncertainty than anything.  My guess is that it will be close, but Obama's ceiling is probably ~49%.

Lean McCain...

The state has the highest proportion of young voters (like 25% or something).. mostly due to high youth voter turnout... and they favor Obama.  It also has one of the highest elderly proportions as well, though... but North Dakota could be a place where there is a significant swing towards Obama among the elderly.

If Obama wins North Dakota, it will be a huge symbolic win for the Democrats... and it would clearly give Obama a mandate.
