Romney certainly won 13. He might not have won 4 or 6 though. Gingrich won most of the precincts in Duval County, btw.

I'm still baffled as to what Silver's done to inspire such bile. He's a harmless statistics geek that most us enjoy reading.

I have a historical dislike for him as he has shown a proclivity for skewing his analysis in favor of Democrats early and then regressing to the mean as voting nears.

He seems to be doing a bit less of that this year, however.
