FAIR IS FAIR ACT

1. Out of region sellers from Lincoln will be subjected to the same higher tax as that which Lincoln imposes on Southern sellers.

2. A 20% sales tax will be applied on all products made in Lincoln if the products are available within the South.

3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall sunset upon the repeal of the laws in Lincoln that similarly impose discriminatory taxes upon the South.

FAIRNESS TO FREMONT ACT

1. Out of region sellers from Lincoln will be subjected to the same higher tax as that which Lincoln imposes on Fremont sellers.

2. A 20% sales tax will be applied on all products made in Lincoln if the products are available within Fremont.

3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall sunset upon the repeal of the laws in Lincoln that similarly impose discriminatory taxes upon Fremont.
