Indiana, since I live here.

(I assume you mean 'know the winner in advance of election day.' Obviously, I can "predict" the outcome of as many elections as I want - I just run the risk of being wrong.)

Yeah, North Carolina. McCrory is probably the worst person running for Governor (maybe except Gianforte?), and the symbolism of a victory for him would be even more devastating. I'm not a huge fan of Phil Scott, but he's not that bad in the grand scheme of things.
