Former Wyoming Governor Matt Mead and U. S. Representative Liz Cheney, daughter of former Vice-President Dick Cheney, are the most prominent candidates for Mike Enzi’s open senate seat in Wyoming in 2020. If they both run, whom of them would you support in the Republican senate primary in Wyoming?

Not a Republican, but I think Cheney might stay in the house and try to work her way up leadership. She was first elected in 2016 and already is the Chair of the House Republican Conference.

Mead in what would be one of my easiest choices ever. I don’t really care about Mead, it’s more like ABC.

Republicans primary voters seem prefer men over women and outsiders over Washington pols in primaries. Although Mead seems to have issues with Republican voters as he only won 54% of the primary vote despite being the incumbent and only won 59% in the GE in 2014.
