Just like in Nixon case, we can say some good things and some bad.

Among good, it was detente politics. Kissinger, unlike neocon idiots, actuallu understood the world.

Among bad? Chile for example.

I think the bad clearly overtakes the good, though.

Debatable. It's scary to imagine world without detente in the 1970s.
